Customs Specifications 清关详细 

    1 - Shipments valued over €22 between companies and €45 between private individuals, 

        require a formal clearance. 

        由公司参与的交易中，价值超过22欧元的，或者私人之间价值超过45欧元的，都需要正式清关

        进口到西班牙 

    2 - (Sample of) Textiles (finished and unfinished), Fabrics: certificate of origin is 

        required for shipments if the weight is over 10 kg or 22 Eur. 

        纺织品或者布样，价值超过22欧元或者重量超过10公斤的，发货人需要提供原产地证

    3 - For shipments going to Ceuta and Melilla:

        For NON EU originated shipments destined to Ceuta, Canary Island, Andorra and Melilla 

        no HV shipments are allowed , and if a HV shipment(value more than 22 EUR or weight 

        more than 10 kgs) was sent to these destinations then it will be returned back to 

        the origin with return paperwork charge of 38.50 USD, and all charges will be debited 

        to the origin. 

        非欧洲的包裹，如果目的地是西班牙的Ceuta, Canary Island, Andorra 和 Melilla，不容许发运

        高价值的货物（超过22欧元或者10公斤），所有发运到这些地方的高价值货物将会被退回到发运地，

        并会产生38.5美元的文件手续费 

        Shipments not cleared within 20 days will be returned to origin at shipper’s expenses 

        including return paperwork charge of 38.50 USD. There is no option to destroy or 

        abandon shipment. 

        如果包裹在到达20天之后（从ETA开始计算），还没有被海关放行，包裹将会被退回到发运地，并产

        生38.5美元的手续费。包裹不能在海关遗弃或者销毁。 

        There is high duties (more than 50%) and tax towards bicycles importing into Spain from China
