    葡萄牙处欧洲西南部，领土还包括大西洋上的海外领土亚速尔群岛和马德拉群岛。面积为92072平方

    公里（２００５年１２月），人口1100万。位于欧洲伊比利亚半岛西南部。东、北与毗邻西班牙，

    西南濒临大西洋。海岸线长８００多公里。地形北高南低，多为山地和丘陵。首都里斯本，通用货币

    为欧元。

价值划分 

    进口到葡萄牙，申报价值在22欧元以下的话，属于低价值，22欧元以上需要作正式报关。

Customs Specifications

    1 - Non-document need to prepare commercial invoice, proforma invoice won’t be accepted 

        by customs, regardless of the value. 

        所有出口到葡萄牙的包裹，必须准备商业发票，海关不接受形式发票，不管申报价值的多少。 

    2 - On the invoice, the value of the blank diskette/CD-ROM/CD/DVD and the value of the data 

        contained on the diskette/CD-ROM/CD/DVD must be stated separately. The reasons for 

        importing must be mentioned. 

        如果出口CD/DVD等，光盘的价值和其中包含内容的价值要分别显示在发票上，同时要标明进口的原因。 

    3 - Textiles (finished and unfinished), Fabrics: samples must be mutilated to be unfit for 

        resale，or else certificate of origin should be ready if value over 22Eur. 

        纺织品的样品出口到葡萄牙，必须剪烂，不适宜于销售；价值高于22欧元的纺织品需要提供原产地证明 

    4 - Chemicals, Cosmetics: import permit is required from the consignee. 

        化工品和化学品进口到葡萄牙，收货人需要提供进口许可证。
