Customs Specifications 清关详细

    1 - All medicines subject to approval from ministry of health. all are held in cargo terminal & 

        cleared as cargo (freight) shipment. 

        所有的药品进口到黎巴嫩，都必须得到当地卫生部的进口许可证，快件类的包裹都会按照货物来做正式报关进口。

    2 - Mobile/cell/cordless phones are unacceptable *unless* consignee provides needed legalized 

        papers, clearance charges (in addition to D&T) based on shipment value <$200 --> charges of $5 

        value 200-$600 --> charges of $100. value > $600 --> charges of $185 (all values & charges in USD) 

        一般来说，黎巴嫩不接受移动电话的进口，除非进口商能提供正当的进口文件，相关的费用如下: 移动电话

        价值在200美元以下的，清关费为5美元 价值在200-600美元以下的，清关费为100美元； 价值在600美元以上

        的，清关费用为185美元 

    3 - If shipment value is more than $ 1000 USD, it must be cleared from cargo terminal (door to door). 

        如果货物的申报价值在1000美元以上，包裹将会按照普货来清关进口 

    4 - All books destined to Lebanon should be alerted as PDX 

        所有到黎巴嫩的书本都要按照文件来申报（Priority Document Express） 

    5 - 2% to 25% customs duty depends on the type of goods, average clearance time: 24-48 hours expected.
