       Procedures for sending Non-Document shipments into Palestine through AMM (Jordan) 

       通过阿曼运送非文件货物进入巴勒斯坦的程序 

       All PPX (non-documents) shipments going into Palestine (JRS) via AMM should follow the below 

       procedure: 

       所有通过阿曼进入巴勒斯坦的非文件货物应该遵循以下步骤： 

       1- Shipments must have an invoice attached to them and a copy of the invoice should be attached to HAWB 

          record in infoaxs. The invoice must be typed in English with clear commodity description and value in 

          USD. 

          货物上必须附有发票，分运单上应附有发票的复印件。发票必须用英文打印，有清楚的货物描述和货物价值说明

          （单位为美元）。 

       2- Shipments with value 423 USD and more will incur export customs charges of (120 USD) supported by an 

          official customs receipt of 100$ and additional 20$ clearance fees. 

          价值等于或高于423美元的货物需缴纳120美元的出口关税，包括100美元的正式海关收据和额外的20美元清关费用。

       3- All re-export shipments irrespective of the invoice value and commodity will incur export customs 

          charges of (120 USD) supported by an official customs receipt of 100$ and additional 20$ clearance 

          fees. 

          所有再次出口的货物，不考虑发票金额和商品种类，需缴纳120美元的出口关税，包括100美元的正式海关收据和额 

          外的20美元清关费用。 

          Important: Shipper's approval should be obtained prior to sending the shipments and charges will be 

          debited to the origin unless the consignee in Palestine is willing to pay the charges 

          instead. 

          重要事项：在寄出货物之前发件人保留批准权。费用将记在发件方的帐单上，除非巴勒斯坦的收件人愿意支付这笔 

          费用。 

       4- Clearance will take 1 working day from the time the origin notifies AMM Express team of the charges 

          approval. 

          自发件方通知阿曼快递公司清关费用起一个工作日内完成清关。 

       5- Transit time of delivery from AMM to JRS is 48hrs after shipment clearance in Amman. 

          货物在阿曼清关后的48小时内完成从阿曼到耶路撒冷的转运。

    Additional Information 附加说明 

       1 Shipments with value higher than $1000 will be transferred to Cargo Terminal and be treated as cargo

          shipments and will be subjected to additional clearance charges. 

          价值高于1000美元的货物将转到货运总站，视为货物托运，需缴纳额外的清关费用。 

      2 Formal customs clearance value is 30% income tax + 16% sales tax. 

          正式的海关清关费用为30%所得税+16%的营业税
